Description
Glynn County seeks qualified vendors to provide regular drinking-water system services at County offices. Bidders may offer bottleless systems, bottled-water service, or both. Bottleless services include supplying and installing dispensers with hot, cold, ambient, and ice functions; reverse-osmosis and ultraviolet purification; water-line installation; filter changes; preventive maintenance; cleaning, sanitization, repair, replacement, and customer support. Bottled-water services include delivery of compatible five-gallon bottles, bottom-loading dispenser rental and service, and delivery fees. Water must meet applicable state and federal health standards. The contractor must provide flexible scheduled and as-needed deliveries, maintain equipment, respond to service or emergency requests within 24 hours, provide initial staff training, maintain inventory, and supply delivery documentation. The contract has a one-year base period followed by four optional one-year extensions. The solicitation requires a 5% bid security and at least three similar-work references; required portal questionnaire items include a W-9, representation affidavit, Georgia security and immigration affidavits, legal and character qualifications, supplier oath, EEO confirmations, statement of assurance, principal information, and reference information.
