Description
The Lacey Municipal Utilities Authority is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 1 upgrades to pump station infrastructure in Lacey Township, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, plans, and specifications are available from Remington & Vernick Engineers for a $50.00 fee per electronic set; overnight delivery may be arranged for bidders unable to receive electronic files. Bids must use the engineer-prepared bid form, be sealed and marked with the bidder's name, address, and the work being bid, and be delivered before the public bid opening. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount, capped at $20,000, plus a surety letter stating that a completion bond will be provided. The successful contractor and named subcontractors must satisfy applicable New Jersey public works registration, business registration, prevailing wage, affirmative action, disclosure, permitting, and related statutory requirements.
