Description
The City of Litchfield is soliciting sealed bids for demolition of structures and restoration of the grounds at 3320 Illinois Route 16 in Litchfield, Illinois. The project includes demolition of the structures and restoration of the site, with compliance with Illinois prevailing-wage requirements under the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. Copies of the bidding documents are available by email or from Litchfield City Hall. Bids must be submitted as sealed bids by 2:00 p.m. on November 2, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read at that time.
