Description
The project includes demolition of Weimer Elementary School, its portable classroom buildings, and a portion of McKinley Middle School, along with associated site improvements such as utilities, sidewalks, parking, and playground areas. Work also includes site preparation and reclamation, construction of a new exterior wall at the portion of McKinley Middle School that will remain, and related incidental construction and demolition. The project manual specifies a 210-calendar-day completion period after the Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion due within 180 days.
