Description
The State is seeking 40 Starlink Mini terminals or equal, with integrated Wi-Fi, ruggedized equipment rated at least IP54, and accessories for AC and 12V DC power. Each kit must include the specified mounting and power components, modem configuration, server setup, activation, shipping, and a minimum 24-month limited warranty. Hardware installation will be performed by the Agency. The solicitation also requires a business data plan with at least 50 GB per unit per month, specified speed and latency performance, throttling without overage charges, and 24/7 technical support with response and outage support requirements. Vendors must provide pricing for the equipment, fees, data plans, and technical support.
