Description
Philadelphia Gas Works seeks an as-needed blanket purchase order for concrete and flowable fill, including three separately bid options: concrete delivery, concrete pickup from the contractor’s facility, and flowable fill delivery. The contractor must provide specified 3,500- and 4,000-psi concrete and flowable fill meeting applicable standards, furnish required equipment and personnel, provide material delivery tickets and testing documentation when required, and handle transportation, delivery, disposal, and cleanup. Deliveries will generally occur Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with nights and weekends available upon request, at various Philadelphia locations. Contracted items must generally be delivered within 14 calendar days of an issued purchase order. The initial term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms at PGW’s option. Quantities are estimates only, and PGW may order no materials. Bidders must complete the pricing and lead-time sections and return the required signed documents in the sealed bid packet without taking exceptions to the specifications or terms. The solicitation states that PGW intends to award primary and secondary vendors for each option based on the lowest responsive bid.
