Description
Black River Area Development Corporation’s Weatherization Assistance Program is soliciting sealed bids for contract services and materials for its 2026–2027 program year. The work will support weatherization activities across Baxter, Boone, Clay, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Marion, Newton, Randolph, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, and Van Buren counties in Arkansas. A pre-bid conference is mandatory for interested bidders. Bid packets will be distributed at the conference or may be picked up during the preceding week from the organization’s central office. Sealed bids must be returned to the central office by the stated deadline; late bids will not be considered.
