Description
The City of Lancaster seeks bids for the as-needed supply and delivery of Portland cement concrete materials. Bidders must price all listed items, including specified PCC mixes and per-load or per-yard fees, and provide product literature and technical details sufficient to demonstrate compliance when applicable. Materials must meet the stated specifications, including delivery availability Monday through Friday and delivery within one hour of the scheduled delivery time. Dispatch locations must be within 45 miles of the City of Lancaster, and the materials must comply with the 2024 Greenbook standard specifications and applicable labor requirements. The City expects to award on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, but reserves the right to make multiple awards, a single award, or no award. The resulting purchase order has an initial term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. There is no minimum order quantity.
