Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Program is soliciting proposals for final design services for floodplain reconnection and in-stream fish and wildlife habitat enhancement at the Walla Walla River’s McNary National Wildlife Refuge project area. The scope includes site-specific hydrologic, hydraulic, geomorphic, wetland, and biological assessments; data collection and modeling; wetland delineation and rating; and development of preliminary, permit-ready, and final construction design packages. The selected contractor will prepare plans, specifications, construction sequencing, probable-cost estimates, Basis of Design Reports, GIS and other technical deliverables, draft permit applications, and technical support for environmental review. The contractor will also facilitate stakeholder and public outreach meetings and provide presentations, summaries, agendas, and meeting documentation. Proposals are limited to 50 pages and must address firm qualifications, organization, technical approach, schedule, itemized costs, and at least three similar projects completed within the last five years with references.
