Description
This contract is for professional services, supervision, equipment, vehicles, labor, tools, quality control, storage, and transportation for the supply and removal of graywater from Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport (OWA) to a water treatment plant. The period of performance is from August 1st to August 13th, 2026, supporting Exercise Northern Strike (NS) 26-2. The contractor will be responsible for setting up equipment on August 2nd, 2026, and tearing down and packing up equipment on August 13th, 2026. Minimum technical requirements include the ability to supply two 1,000-gallon holding tanks and collect/transport graywater from these tanks, as well as four customer-provided 400-gallon tanks, twice daily. The estimated daily graywater volume is 2,500-3,000 gallons, with a maximum of 3,500 gallons in a single day. Site activities include field feeding, shower, and laundry. The contractor must also possess the proper HAZMAT waste certification for transporting graywater over public roads. The contractor will need to coordinate airport access with Brenda McNeill at OWA and the Government Point of Contact.
