Description
The American Embassy London, acting on behalf of the U.S. Consulate General Hamilton Bermuda, requires janitorial services for U.S. Government-owned or managed real property in Hamilton, Bermuda. The services include cleaning of all designated spaces such as halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, storage areas, and stairways. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type, with a base year from the award date and four option years exercisable at the U.S. Government's discretion. Only companies specializing in janitorial services and registered in Bermuda will be considered. The Government intends to award the contract to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. A pre-quotation site visit is planned, with details to be provided in the Statement of Work. The contract requires Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance, which covers civilian contractors working overseas under U.S. government contracts.
