Description
This Request for Information seeks industry input on capabilities for managing lodging for federal law enforcement personnel supporting National Special Security Events and other complex, high-visibility events. Potential services include lodging-market research and hotel sourcing; negotiating and administering room blocks; reservation, change, cancellation, and waitlist management; participant communications and issue resolution; occupancy and status reporting; invoice review and reconciliation; contingency planning; and event closeout. The anticipated scale may reach 10,000–30,000 rooms across 50–100 properties, with fluctuating requirements and surge needs. Respondents are asked to describe relevant experience, staffing and surge models, subcontractor/provider networks, technology and data-protection capabilities, quality controls, performance metrics, and recommended service and pricing structures. Responses are for market research and acquisition planning only; no contract will be awarded from this RFI. Responses must be unclassified, no more than 30 pages, and submitted as a PDF.
