Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a sole-source award to TTEC Government Solutions, LLC, for EZ-Pass tolls and fees incurred by official government vehicles. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order and intends to solicit and negotiate only with TTEC Government Solutions, LLC; the notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The acquisition will use FAR Part 13.106-3(b) open-market purchase-order procedures, with applicable commercial-item provisions and clauses under FAR Part 12.3. Responses will be considered solely to determine whether the requirement should be opened to competition. The notice identifies NAICS 488490 and Product Service Code V999.
