Description
The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group, on behalf of the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs, is seeking letters of interest from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide consulting and design services for a new Army Aviation Support Facility on an undeveloped site. The initial scope runs through completion of 30% schematic design documents. The contract may be amended to include 60% and 80% interim submissions; contract documents, including 100% submissions, back-check submissions, and final submissions; TAILS packages; bid-phase support; and construction-phase services for two separately bid construction projects. The contract term is seven years for project completion upon amendment of the contract per the scope of services. The opportunity includes a 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business participation goal, 15% Minority-Owned Business goal, and 15% Woman-Owned Business goal.
