Description
Altech, Inc., serving as construction manager at risk for the Texarkana Regional Airport Authority, is soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers for the TRAA Infrastructure Development project supporting a new MRO hangar complex at Texarkana Regional Airport. The scope is limited to site infrastructure; the hangar buildings are being bid under a separate contract. Bids are due by October 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Final questions and intent to bid are due by October 21, 2026, at the end of business. The intent to bid must identify the MCE Civil Quantities line items the bidder will pursue. Bidders must submit bids and questions by email to both listed recipients.
