Description
Adams County, Colorado, will approve final payment to Zak Dirt, Inc., for the 2023.243 62nd Avenue Improvements project from Pecos Street to Washington Street. Any person or entity asserting a claim against either contractor arising from the contract may file a verified statement of claim with the Adams County Board of County Commissioners' Office by the final settlement date, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S.
