Description
The Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) is soliciting quotes for dental treatment services to be provided at a local area dental office. This is a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under NAICS code 621210. The services will be evaluated on a trade-off basis, considering technical approach, past performance, and price. Offerors must submit a technical approach detailing scheduling, treatment plan management, authorization procedures, and cost management, along with provider credentials and clinic names with physical addresses. Three past performance references from the last three years, either government or commercial, are required. Pricing must be provided for each treatment listed on the attached Dental Treatment Pricing Sheet for both the Carson City/Reno and Las Vegas areas. The period of performance is from July 15, 2026, to July 14, 2027.
