Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement with a licensed plumber to provide as-needed maintenance and repair services at its Shipping Point facilities. The scope includes service calls; regular-hours, nights, and weekends labor; toilet, sink, and hot-water-heater repairs; small-drain cleaning; sewer-machine work; equipment rental; bucket-truck services; and parts and materials. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Respondents must provide pricing for each listed service category, and all repairs must be performed by a licensed plumbing provider. The solicitation is submitted through the state's procurement system.
