Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for HVAC maintenance and repairs at the Shipping Point. The scope includes one annual preventive-maintenance service, regular-hours service calls, nights-and-weekends service calls, mechanical technician labor, parts, and shipping costs. Parts and shipping costs are to be entered as zero because they are unknown at the time of quoting. The contractor must be certified to work on AHRI, Tempstar, Goodman, and HVAC equipment and may be required to provide documentation of those certifications. Emergency calls require a two-hour response, and the company must be located within a 75-mile radius. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, for specified commercial HVAC equipment, including Tempstar and Goodman units.
