Description
The University of Toronto Mississauga is developing Central Utilities Plant 2, a standalone, high-performance energy infrastructure facility based on a geo-exchange district energy system. The facility will support the campus's long-term decarbonization and growth objectives and will connect on initial operation to Maanjiwe nendamowinan, Deerfield Hall, and the New Residence Building. The opportunity is an invitational competitive proposal limited to prequalified suppliers. Mandatory submission requirements include a Proposal Response Form, proof of professional designation, confirmation of insurance coverage, and supporting documents specified in the RFP's Proposal Requirements. Proponents must be members in good standing of the Professional Association of Technical Consultants and/or Professional Engineers of Ontario. Complete proposal documents, pricing terms, duration, options, negotiation provisions, and scored requirements are available through the identified procurement platforms.
