Description
The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open solicitation for technical janitorial services at the building located at 9500 Boulevard Sainte-Anne, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre, Quebec. The contract is required for 60 months, with a probable service start date on or about November 1, 2026. A mandatory site visit is required for bid eligibility. Bidders must provide Quebec or otherwise Canadian services and maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or a jurisdiction covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. No bid security is required. Contract documents are available through the SEAO electronic tendering system. Submissions may be delivered electronically through SEAO or in paper form to the Societe's bid-receipt counter, subject to the detailed instructions in the contract documents.
