Description
The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of 11 separate residential homes in its tribal reservation: seven two-bedroom homes and four four-bedroom homes. The project is located in Marksville, Louisiana, and federal wage rates will apply. Bidders must hold a Louisiana residential building contractor license. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and additional bid items, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. The successful contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, if required.
