Description
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of security equipment, system maintenance, and support services. This contract will encompass all KBI facilities located throughout the state of Kansas, including their headquarters in Topeka and various offices and laboratories in locations such as Wichita, Great Bend, Lenexa, Pittsburg, and Garden City. The scope of services includes the installation, maintenance, support, and upgrade of physical security equipment, software, hardware, and structures. This includes items such as cameras, intrusion and fire alarms, access control systems, readers and badges, vehicle barriers, and related components. Vendors must be authorized to install, maintain, and support specific software and hardware products including Honeywell Pro-Watch, Milestone, Axis, and Avigilon. Services are required during normal business hours, with on-call, after-hours, weekend, and holiday support also specified.
