Description
The City of Escanaba is soliciting sealed bids for an unspecified utility service. Bids must be received by the City Clerk's office no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on July 1, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read in Room C101 of City Hall, located at 410 Ludington Street, Escanaba, Michigan. Bid forms and specifications can be obtained from the City Clerk's office at 410 Ludington Street, Escanaba, Michigan, 49829, or online at www.escanaba.org. Bids must be properly completed and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Capacity Proposal." Fax transmittals will not be accepted. The City of Escanaba reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, split bids, and negotiate with bidders. All bids are prepared to ensure fair and equitable competition.
