Description
This solicitation is for the purchase of natural gas for multiple governmental entities, including Greece Central School District, Byron-Bergen Central School, Perry Central School District, and the Village of Geneseo. Bids will be accepted for both Large (SC-3) and Small (SC-5) accounts. The successful bidder will be expected to maintain fixed prices for the entire duration of the agreement, which runs from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. Bidding documents can be obtained from Energy Enterprises, Inc., located at 10 Mill Street, Mount Morris, NY 14510. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked "RG&E NATURAL GAS BID", and received at the Purchasing Office at 750 Maiden Lane, Rochester, NY 14615, Room W19, no later than 1:00 p.m. on July 22, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at that time. The Perry Central School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
