The Town of Milton is seeking bids from qualified companies for the purchase of grave liners for the Milton Cemetery Commission. This contract is for one fiscal year with two optional one-year extensions. The estimated quantities are 110 for 30-inch grave liners with a two-piece cover and four steel handles, and 15 for 30-inch double depth liners with an interior concrete divider and four steel handles, each with a one-piece top cover and four steel handles. Deliveries will be made to the Milton Cemetery upon request, with the delivery schedule to be determined upon contract award. Bidders must demonstrate documented experience providing grave liners to similar cemeteries in Massachusetts or the surrounding region, have at least 4 years of industry experience, and provide a list of clients for similar services.
