Description
The City of Dawson Creek is soliciting quotations for the supply, delivery, and installation of two 48-niche columbarium units. One unit will be installed at each of the City's two cemeteries, providing a total of 96 niches. Suppliers must demonstrate experience in similar projects as detailed in Appendix A - RFQ Specifications and Scope of Work. Quotations can be submitted electronically via email to procurement@dawsoncreek.ca in PDF format, ensuring the RFQ number and title are in the subject line. Submissions exceeding 30 MB should be sent in multiple emails. Zip files are not accepted, and submissions to other email accounts will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for submitting quotations sufficiently in advance of the deadline to account for potential transmission delays. The City is not liable for any delays or non-receipt of emails. Alternatively, hardcopy submissions in a sealed opaque envelope, clearly marked with the RFQ number, title, and bidder's information, should be sent to Jill Rickert, Procurement Officer, City of Dawson Creek, Finance Department, Main Floor, 10105 - 12A Street, Dawson Creek, BC V1G 3V7.
