Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified firms capable of designing an automatic robotic dishroom for a high-volume military dining facility. The design must integrate automated ware washing, conveying, and robotic handling systems, include manual bypass capabilities for maintenance or outages, and address spatial planning, specifications, and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility requirements. The requirement is limited to design and documentation; construction, equipment procurement, permitting, and installation are excluded. Interested firms must submit an electronically delivered capability statement limited to five pages, including the attached Past Performance Questionnaire. The response must demonstrate at least three similar projects completed within the past five years, with three references and contact information; comparable projects should be between $250,000 and $500,000 in value. This notice is for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or promise of award.
