Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso is seeking non-exclusive contracts with established recruitment search firms and locum tenens staffing agencies. Recruitment search services may support executive, faculty, staff, and non-physician provider searches in academic medicine, nursing, dentistry, and biomedical sciences. Scope includes advertising and marketing searches, candidate identification and screening, candidate communications, credential and licensing review, salary and benefits research, and search analytics. Locum tenens services include temporary placement of physicians, nurses, dentists, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, nurse midwives, nurse anesthetists, sonographers, and other licensed healthcare providers. Agencies may be required to provide credentialing documentation, licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, travel and housing arrangements, provider payments, and compliance with university and affiliated-facility policies. Proposers must submit service descriptions, qualifications, experience, references, pricing, and required execution, addenda, subcontracting-plan, conflict-of-interest, and other proposal forms.
