Description
The City of Clermont issued a Request for Information to determine whether another qualified source can provide the Vapex Radical Odor Control System for wastewater odor control and disinfection. The proposed system uses patented three-fluid nozzle technology to generate hydroxyl radicals, eliminate odorous compounds, disinfect contaminants, reduce fats, oils, and grease collection, and reduce infrastructure corrosion. The estimated annual expenditure is $80,000. The RFI is not an invitation to submit a bid or quote. Respondents should provide information demonstrating their ability to provide the same or an equivalent product or service; pricing information should not be included. Repairs and major service must be performed by Vapex or an authorized representative to maintain warranty eligibility. New vendors must be registered and licensed to conduct business in Florida at the time of submission.
