Description
The City of Conway is seeking a qualified employee benefits insurance broker to provide comprehensive brokerage, consulting, advisory, and administrative support for its employee health insurance and benefits program. The selected contractor will work collaboratively with and at the direction of the City's Human Resources Department, assisting with benefits-program evaluation, funding alternatives, carrier and service-provider marketing and negotiations, benefits administration, compliance, employee communications and education, data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution. The proposal must include a completed Proposal Response Packet with a Proposed Subcontractors Form and two-page maximum Experience and Solution responses, plus separate one-page-maximum resumes for each proposed key personnel. Pricing and all compensation disclosures must be submitted exclusively through the online Line Items tab. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of similar experience, comparable work for at least three Arkansas public-sector employers with at least 250 employees each, Arkansas licensing and authorization, and collaborative human-resources experience.
