Description
The County seeks 25,000 pre-filled polypropylene sandbags, approximately 14 by 26 inches and filled with about 35 pounds of clean sand to roughly two-thirds capacity. Bags must meet the stated durability, UV-resistance, fastening, and uniformity specifications. Non-compliant or damaged bags must be replaced at no additional cost. The vendor must provide freight and delivery to the 94063 postal code area, with the exact delivery location to be provided to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Delivery of all items must be possible within two weeks after receipt of the purchase order. Bids are evaluated on total bid price, and the award is expected to be a County purchase order.
