Description
The buyer seeks supply and delivery of clear polyethylene greenhouse cover film for Kingsclear Forest Nursery. The specified inner sheet is 40 feet by 100 feet and 6 mm thick, treated for condensation control (thermal anti-drip) and UV-treated with a minimum three-year guarantee against UV exposure under normal conditions. Durafilm ThermaX or Harnois brand film is specified; equivalent products may be accepted subject to review and acceptance, and bidders offering an equivalent must provide product specifications with their bid. Award will be based on the lowest total price among compliant bids. Bidders must enter unit and extended pricing directly on the Invitation to Tender, excluding taxes, and sign and date the bid. Delivery is required between April 1 and April 15, 2027.
