Description
Romeo Community Schools is soliciting bids for BP02, the Romeo High School Addition. The work is divided into multiple bid categories, including concrete, masonry, steel, general trades, storefront and glazing, roofing, metal wall panels, ceilings and drywall, flooring, paint, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and sitework. Bids must be submitted online through BuildingConnected by the deadline. Bidders must provide bid security, an OSHA Form 300 for the most recent completed year, workers' compensation information, their Experience Modification Rate factor, required affidavits, and other information specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Accepted bidders must furnish performance and payment bonds, and certificates of insurance are required through TradeTapp as part of prequalification.
