Description
The Town of Brewster is soliciting electronic bids from pre-qualified general contractors for construction of maintenance buildings at Captains Golf Course. The project includes general building construction and filed sub-bids for miscellaneous and ornamental iron, waterproofing and caulking, roofing and flashing, resilient flooring, painting, fire suppression, plumbing, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning, and electrical work. Bidders must submit electronically through Projectdog; hard-copy bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid bond or equivalent bid security is required for general bidders and sub-bidders. Massachusetts prevailing-wage requirements apply, and project funding is contingent on a Special Town Meeting scheduled for November 16, 2026. Only pre-qualified firms may participate.
