Description
The New York State Office of General Services intends to enter into a sole-source contract with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) for the sale of prepaid Navigator Cards through CDTA’s Retail Sales Program. The scope includes use of a transit card system and point-of-sale equipment at the designated sales location, including the Empire State Plaza Concourse Gift Shop public kiosk. The kiosk is intended for members of the general public purchasing Navigator Cards for personal use and is not intended to process transit passes for state employees. The contract term is December 10, 2026, through December 9, 2031.
