Description
The MRC de La Jacques-Cartier is soliciting proposals for collective passenger transportation services for the period from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2032, with an option to extend the contract for one additional year through January 31, 2033. The solicitation requires a bid guarantee of CAD 100,000 in an accepted form, including a certified cheque, bank draft, money order, bid bond, or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee issued by an authorized surety or financial institution. Bids must include the required documents and forms, be sealed and marked “Soumission - transport collectif,” and be submitted in accordance with the stated delivery requirements. Eligibility is limited to suppliers established in Quebec or in a jurisdiction covered by an applicable intergovernmental trade agreement.
