Description
The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency are soliciting proposals for one or both of two scopes. Scope Number 1 covers a secure, resilient, and scalable colocation facility and related services to support relocation and operation of the agencies’ primary data center, including current equipment capacity, future growth, disaster recovery and business continuity objectives, and resilient connectivity with the Irvine Ranch data center. The need is associated with a building remodel beginning in June 2027 and is expected to require colocation during the two-year remodel, with the possibility that equipment may remain in the colocation facility afterward. Scope Number 2 covers dedicated project management and technical advisory services to lead and coordinate the data center migration and colocation effort. The project manager must provide continuous coordination throughout the engagement. Proposers may submit for either scope or both, and each scope will be evaluated separately. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of relevant business experience and registration or authorization to do business in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia; Scope Number 2 also requires the proposed project manager to have at least five years of relevant experience.
