Description
Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting bids for a lump-sum construction contract to improve Jordan Park and 900 South River Park. The work includes removing existing concrete paving; installing concrete and stabilized aggregate paths; installing electrical panels, outlets, and related electrical systems; planting and soil preparation; modifying existing irrigation systems; installing benches and bike racks; and completing ADA modifications. The project includes one additive alternate for all electrical work. Bidders must submit the Bid Form, Bid Schedule, and bid security with the bid; the Value Program Form is voluntary. Bid security must equal at least 5 percent of the total bid, and performance and payment bonds, each for at least 100 percent of the contract price, are required after award. The work must be substantially complete within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with a 15-day punch-list period.
