Description
The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is soliciting services for mobile audiometric testing and hearing conservation training for up to 600 employees annually under Washington Administrative Code 296-817. The contractor must provide mobile testing, baseline and annual audiograms, hearing-protection fitting and assessment, standard-threshold-shift counseling and retesting, employee and employer test results, and annual reporting. Services will be coordinated across L&I locations throughout Washington, with additional services including urgent, re-examination, non-routine, and job-reclassification audiology examinations. The contractor must securely transmit and maintain test data, provide training addressing occupational and non-occupational noise exposure and hearing protection, and submit pricing by location and service type. L&I anticipates spending no more than $60,000 during the initial three-year term and may extend services in increments for up to six years.
