Description
This sources-sought notice is for market research only and is not a solicitation or request for offers. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified sources capable of providing annual preventive maintenance, emergency diagnostics, and repairs for two Mitsubishi production robots and their associated controllers at the Lancaster Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy. The equipment includes Mitsubishi RH-6FH5520-D1-S13 robots with CR750-06HD1-1-S13 controllers. The anticipated requirement includes OEM-compliant maintenance using current manufacturer manuals and checklists, documentation of completed work and equipment concerns, emergency technician response within two hours during specified weekday hours, and emergency repairs using new parts conforming to OEM specifications. Respondents must indicate whether they are licensed or certified to work on this equipment, whether they can provide relevant past-performance references, and submit company points of contact, a SAM Unique Entity ID, and a capability statement.
