Description
Irvine Ranch Water District is soliciting a lump-sum construction bid for improvements at Wells 6, 12, 14, and 15. The scope includes removal and replacement of electrical and ventilation equipment, flow meters and instrumentation, structural modifications, equipment pads, civil improvements, and pump and motor replacement at Well 15. Optional downhole well rehabilitation is also included. The opportunity is restricted to prequalified bidders on the project bidders list, and prequalification is closed. The estimated bid value is $7,500,000, with a project duration of 1,000 calendar days from the Notice of Award. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting and following site visit are required. Bidders must submit the Bid Form and required CARB compliance documentation electronically through PlanetBids; bid security is also required before bid opening.
