Description
Palm Beach County, through Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) State Contracting & Engineering Corp. (SCEC), is soliciting bids for the replacement of air compressor equipment at the Palm Tran North facility. The project scope includes minor painting, replacement of existing coiling roll-up doors with motorized units, replacement of existing air compressor equipment, and replacement of existing wall-mounted fans with associated electrical improvements. Participation of Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is encouraged. This project is federally funded and administered by Palm Beach County/Palm Tran, and Davis-Bacon & related acts will apply to all construction work. All subcontractors must be pre-qualified with SCEC prior to the bid date. Interested parties can obtain bid documents directly from SCEC.
