This is a public meeting notice for Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 25-26-500 regarding the redevelopment of CRA-owned Broadway Properties. An evaluation and review committee meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Room 519 on the fifth floor of City Hall, located at 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The committee will review and evaluate proposals to establish proposer qualifications based on the criteria outlined in Step One, Qualification of Proposer. While the public and proposers may observe, active participation or comment is not permitted. All questions regarding this ITN should be directed to the West Palm Beach Procurement Division via email at Procurement@wpb.org or by phone at 561.494.1056 (TTY: 1.800.955.8771). Contact with any other City official, employee, or representative of Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) concerning this ITN may result in disqualification.
