Description
Palm Beach County is soliciting bids for the Golfview Heights of Westgate Water Main Replacement project. This project involves the replacement of approximately 22,000 linear feet of water mains within the Golfview Heights residential community and along Ohio Street in West Palm Beach, Florida. The scope of work includes the installation of potable water mains, sanitary sewer manholes, gravity mains, sanitary sewer laterals, fire protection improvements, and the replacement of water service lines with associated appurtenances, as well as restoration of affected areas. The project will be managed by the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department. Bidders are required to register as vendors and adhere to all submission instructions and requirements outlined in the bid documents. The project is state-funded, which means certain local ordinances, such as the Local Preference Ordinance, OSBD Ordinance, and Living Wage Ordinance, will not apply.
