Description
Palm Beach County is soliciting quotes for a term contract to provide EZ-GO golf cart OEM parts, services, and repairs. The contract will cover parts for service or purchase, with a single fixed percentage discount from the current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) to be applied to all items. Services can be performed offsite at the vendor's facility or in the field via mobile service. All parts must be new and unused, and repairs must adhere to manufacturer specifications and all applicable safety regulations. The county will order on an as-needed basis and will deliver and pick up equipment for repair to and from the successful vendor's place of business. The contract is expected to be for twelve (12) months with the option to renew for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods.
