Palm Beach County is soliciting bids for pavement marking services at Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA). The project involves the removal and replacement of existing pavement markings within the PBIA Terminal Area, specifically on the Premium Parking, Arrival Level, and Departure Level roadways. This includes crosswalk markings in the Premium Parking area, and markings on the Arrival Level. Additionally, the project requires the removal of the existing friction course and installation of a new friction course with new pavement markings on the Departure Level. Contract documents will be available starting June 15, 2026, and can be downloaded from the County's online Vendor Self-Service system. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the airport. The Office of Small Business Development has established a mandatory minimum of 20% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal for this project, requiring bidders to submit good faith efforts for any waiver requests by the bid due date.
