Description
The City of Town and Country is soliciting bids from general contractors for renovations to its City Hall and Police facilities. The detailed scope of work is provided in the bid documents, which are available through the designated plan room beginning September 22, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid site walk for general contractors is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at the project site. An additional optional site walk is scheduled for October 6, 2026. Questions must be submitted by email to the identified project representatives. The City may award based on its determination of the proposal that best meets its interests and requirements and reserves broad rights to reject, waive deficiencies, negotiate, or award to a bidder other than the lowest-cost proposer.
