Description
The City of Kirkwood is soliciting sealed bids for the Dougherty Water Main Replacement project for its Water Department. The work involves water-main replacement and related underground utility construction in accordance with the solicitation specifications. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, at Kirkwood City Hall. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM Central on October 8, 2026; faxed, hand-delivered, mailed, and emailed responses will not be accepted. Solicitation documents are hosted on another electronic bidding service and require registration to download.
