Description
The project consists of additions, renovations, site improvements, and all other work identified in the September 22, 2026, bid documents for the Town and Country City Hall and Police facility. The estimated construction budget is $6.0 million to $6.5 million. Bid documents are available for download to registered users. A pre-bid meeting and open site visit is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with a second open site visit on October 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Bids are due October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
